Uma criança que tenha visto muitos capacetes e poucos animais dirá, fazendo uso de muito boa lógica, que uma tartaruga é um capacete que anda. Li hoje que todos os cisnes de Inglaterra pertencem à Rainha, seguindo a lógica doutros tempos. Pigent abusa do jargão da lógica inata e da adquirida, mas nunca chega fazer sentido. Em Passacaglia, um whodunit fora do tempo, não existem causas nem consequências; aparecem e reaparecem motivos familiares, mas sua relação é sempre imprecisa. Lembrei-me do pensamento não-discursivo que sugere Plotino, porque nunca entendi bem esse conceito e porque me apetece um gelado de framboesa. Diria mesmo que este livro é extremamente gelado de framboesa.
