English composer. Nothing is apparently known of his life. An In nomine survives in MS, unusual in that each instrumental part consists of note sof only one time-value throughout, the values differing in each of the five parts. Reese comments that although the piece is pedantic in principle, it is surprisingly satisfactory from the standpoint of sound.
